10:00 am to 11:00 am – Group 1 – Boys ages 9 and 10 on Court 1 * Girls ages 9 and 10 on Court 2

11:00 am to 12:00 pm– Group 2 – Boys ages 11 and 12 on Court 1 * Girls ages 11 and 12 on Court 2

1:00 pm to 1:30 pm – Awards Presentation by the Chapter President after each age group has completed their competition above and their scores have been verified to determine the “winners”.

Worthy District Deputies and/or Grand Knights please send your “completed” and “signed” “original” Free Throw Application Form 1598 for all of your District FTC “winners”, to the following address :We need to receive your paperwork “No Later Than Wednesday, February 25, 2026”!!! 

Please make copies before you send your “original Free Throw applications, please “verify” their “birth certificates”, but, do not send the “birth certificates”!!!
